Do you charge a fee for the reservations?

No, we do not charge you any fee for the reservation. We would charge you for the services that would be rendered, and in case of cancellation, in less than three hours from the pickup time.

How can I know my service request is accepted?

Generally, all of your service requests are automatically accepted as long as they are made more than five hours in advance from the pickup time.

For service requests made in less than five hours from the pickup time, the reservation is not accepted as long as the status indicates "Waiting". Any other status indicates the service request was accepted.

What are the rates that you charge?

To view the rates, simply select the vehicle that you wish, the airport that you wish service at or around, and click on the "Rate" link. This would pop up a small window showing the rates for that region.

How can I view my reservations?

Once you are logged in, you can click on "Reservation" tab in the "Service Request" area to view all of your active reservations. If you want to look at the charges of an already serviced reservation, go to the "Search" tab in the "Service Request" section and search for it. Clicking on the search results would give you the details about the service request.

How can I update my reservation?

In the "Service Request" section, click on the "Reservation" tab to see all your active reservations. Now click on the reservation number or the name of the person to view more details about the reservation. Towards the bottom of this page is a button to update your service request. Click on this button, make changes, and then submit it again.

Please note that there is no charge to update your service request three hours prior to the pick up time. For updates made after that time, there would be a full charge to compensate the servicing affiliate for reserving and sending out the vehicle to serve you.

How can I cancel my reservation?

In the "Service Request" section, click on the "Reservation" tab to see all your active reservations. Click on the "Status" dropdown box towards the right hand side of the reservation. Now click on "Cancel" to cancel the reservation.

Please note that there is no charge to cancel your service request three hours prior to the pick up time. For cancellations made after that time, there would be a full charge to compensate the servicing affiliate for reserving and sending out the vehicle to serve you.
